Sign in: 9:00 am Chicken must still be in store bought package.
Turn in Time: Chicken must be turn in to Judges between 12:55 and 1:05
Judging: will begin at 1:06
Rules:
1) Meat must be checked in still in the store bought containier.
2) Meat must be at judging table (area) between 12:55 pm and 1:05 pm
3)Meat temp will be checked at 12:30 pm.
3.1) If your meat is not to 165 degrees F it will be checked again at 12:50 pm.
4) Must provide your own garnish.
5) Seasoning is open to homemade - store bought.
6) Cooking style is open from grill to deep fry. Must provide your own cooking source.
Meat will be judged on the following:
Presentation: 1 - 5
Tenderness: 1 - 10
Taste: 1 - 20
Total possible score would be a 35.
