Sign in: 9:00 am Chicken must still be in store bought package.
Turn in Time: Chicken must be turn in to Judges between 12:55 and 1:05
Judging: will begin at 1:06
Rules:
1) Meat must be checked in still in the store bought containier.
2) Meat must be at judging table (area) between 12:55 pm and 1:05 pm
3)Meat temp will be checked at 12:30 pm.
3.1) If your meat is not to 165 degrees F it will be checked again at 12:50 pm.
4) Must provide your own garnish.
5) Seasoning is open to homemade - store bought.
6) Cooking style is open from grill to deep fry. Must provide your own cooking source.
Meat will be judged on the following:
Presentation: 1 - 5
Tenderness: 1 - 10
Taste: 1 - 20
Total possible score would be a 35.

Scrib's Seasonings & Cook Offs
Welcome to my Blog..
I am preparing for a cook off for next week end. So I won't have much posted. I will most likely post some comments about the event after words.
I currently sell my own, Taco / Chili powder, all purpose mix, and building a BBQ sauce.
Starting a cooking team to be known as The Milledgeville Kettle Kookers. This could change after year one, but that is our name for now. This coming cook off is our first outing as a team, and we are looking forward to it.
